First post ...
I intend to use this blog as a record for my trainings, especially running but also cycling and swimming. Other goals: write regularly in a foreign language, publish in a blog, see if recording my trainings in a blog helps to have a better overall view of my trainings, getting feedbacks from others, ...
Last 3 weeks training:
11-17th February
Monday: 8,3km/50 minutes
Wednesday: 18,2km/109 min
Thursday: 1000m swim
Friday: 8,2km/49 min
Sunday: 14,2km/85 min
Total: +/- 48,8km
Nice week, almost 50km after doing only 20 km last week and hardly 13 km the week before. These 50km should be a minimum weekly running distance. Goal: evolve up to ca. 100 km/week. All runs were in a slow 6min/km pace. Goal is to build up a good base. However the terrain was quite hilly especially the 2 longer runs on Wednesday and Sunday. The swim training on Thursday was a relief for my legs who felt sore after the exhausting run on Wednesday.
4-10th February
Monday: 7km/42 minutes
Wednesday: 7,2km/43 min
Friday: 5,7km/34 min
Sunday: 90 minutes MTB
Total: +/- 19,8 km

28 January -3 February
Monday: 3,2km/19 minutes
Friday: 3km/18 min
Saturday: 6,7km/40 min
Total: +/- 12,8 km
Very easy starting week after several weeks of having a bad cold. The goal was to run the ING Luxembourg Marathon 3rd May but still not sure whether to run the semi-or full marathon.
